Buzzed

I remember when your head caught flame
It kissed your scalp and caressed your brain
Well you laughed, baby it’s okay
It’s buzzcut season anyway
Explosions on TV
And all the girls with heads inside a dream
So now we live beside the pool
Where everything is good

For more than a year, the young Norwegian artist has been filling her Instagram account with photographs that blend self-portraits with clever illustrations drawn on a mirror with chalk or acrylic marker.

Evidence

These pictures, taken by Angela Strassheim, show homes where familial homicide has taken place. Even after repainting and cleaning, memories of those crimes are brought back by using the “Blue Star” solution.

They look just like galaxies.
